NEWS AND HIGHLIGHTS

  • We have great pleasure in stating that IBAB has received the highest rating (platinum) as a Green Campus, by an organization called Green Mentors. It was an exhaustive audit, conducted over 6 months, where IBAB facilities, practices, etc were documented in great detail. A big congratulations to Dayanand, others in Admin, including Dr. Raghavan, who put all of this together.

  • From Jul 18-19, 2024, IBAB, in collaboration with the Param Hansa Centre for Computational Oncology at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, successfully conducted a 2-day symposium titled “Women in Systems Oncology”. Over 100 delegates attended the symposium and included PhD students, cancer researchers, industry professionals and clinicians. The Chief Guest, Dr. Geetha Manjunath, Founder, CEO and CTO of Niramai Analytix, while commending the organisers on the breadth and depth of the symposium, emphasised the need for early diagnosis of cancer in a country the size of India.
